A Few More Words About Flor De Cana…

This is what a bottle of Flor De Cana 12 yr old Centenario rum looks like

Flor de Cana. 12-year-old Centenario rum. I’m not going to make this complicated. There really isn’t much to be said. I’m not going to waste much time talking about how smooth this rum is (it’s very smooth), or how it’s sweetness is subtle and disarming (it’s very subtle). Nor am I going to expend much energy discussing its hints of spice. I will not tarry, I will not hesitate to let the masses know that Flor de Cana’s line of rums, and this one in particular, has staked a serious claim in my heart as perhaps my favourite sipping rums. Here is what I will say:

Sipping Flor de Cana’s 12-year-old Centenario rum is like kissing a beautiful woman.

I imagine kissing Salma Hayek approximates sipping Flor De Canas 12 year old rum.
